 I saw him play at the Pangos All-American camp, where he was one of the three sophomores invited.

Right now, I don't think he'll be as big or as good as his older brother Jordan, who was just an amazing offensive player to watch, but he's got potential. It's just good to be on his short list early and see where this develops.

I've never seen him play, Moose. Not that it would stop Clark Francis ;)

It seems just about everyone is interested in Hamilton. We asked him the first names that come to mind.

“UCLA, USC, Washington, UConn,” Hamilton listed. “But UNLV, St John’s, and Arizona stand out.”

We asked Hamilton what he likes to listen to while working on his game.

“I like J. Cole and Lupe Fiasco,” said Hamilton.

Good news is he consistently names SJU as one of his favs.

Bad news is I would say that it seems Arizona is the leader for him and that I think I read that he would prefer to stay on the west coast.

New scout.com article lists those same 4 schools and then mentions others as showing interest but does not list SJU:

Hamilton said that Arizona, USC, UCLA and Colorado are the four schools doing the best job with him and broke down what he likes about all four programs.

Arizona: “I really like the coach,” said Hamilton. “Just looking at the way they play and how he develops his players. (Arizona) has a lot of NBA players come out of the school and I would hopefully be one of them.”

USC: "I like that it's close to home so my family would get to come see me play."

UCLA: "Same thing as USC. It's close to home, great campus, the coaching is good and it's a great environment."

Colorado: "My brother is with the Nuggets now so if I go there I would be with him."

Beyond those schools, Hamilton mentioned Louisville, UConn, Oregon, Washington State, Oregon State, Virginia Tech, Texas and Texas A&M as programs he's hearing from.

Isaac Hamilton Guard – Playing against younger competition Hamilton was in cruise control the whole 40 minutes that he played. He showed off why I think he has the best scoring package on the west coast, by knocking down jumpers and getting the basket with ease. Hamilton is slowly becoming a top ten player in the class of 2013 and after this summer I’m sure most will notice that if he continues to play like this.
